Special hair Styles: Up do trials for the bride and brides maids should be done a few months prior to wedding so hair and make-up will be perfect for day of the wedding. Brides should book their portraits on a day the salon is open if they want Styles to do the hair for the portrait.

 A few months before the wedding:
 Manicures  should start so your nails  will look their best. If the bride prefers artificial nails, she  should have the full set put on 4-6 weeks prior so she can get use to them.

A few days before the wedding: Get a pedicure 1-2 days prior to the wedding day to give relaxation and beautiful looking toes for honeymoon getaway. Also fills and manicures should be 1-2 days before to wedding. *******************

A few weeks before wedding: Facials should be done at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding to avoid any possible break outs.

Hair Removal (Waxing) - Ask our Esthetician!  First time waxing;
3-4 weeks prior. Regular waxing clients; at least 1 week prior.

Special hairstyles - up dos are to be done on the morning of the wedding.

 The Wedding Day:

Let Styles take care of your beauty needs on your special day or occasion.

A few helpful tips to set up a wedding-day-schedule:

If you don't plan on using your regular stylist, make  consultation appointments with potential candidates. Bring along pictures of hairstyles you like, even a picture of your veil and headpiece. Consider whether you want to wear your hair in a updo; discuss with the stylist
about how long it will take to grow out your hair if it's too short for your desired look. Bring your veil to your stylist for a trial run of potential big day 'dos.  (If you're not happy, now's the time to speak up.)

Confirm big-day beauty appointments.

Get your final haircut or trim.  No experimenting here, just keep up your great
look.  Touch up your haircolor or perm.  Remind your man to get his final trim if he hasn't already done so. Deep-condition your hair. Get your hair and makeup done. Wear a robe or button-down shirt (one that matches the color of your gown, if possible, to get the right makeup color application) that can be easily removed.

Also make sure you have a camera when you actually have your practice style done with lots of shots so that your stylist can duplicate it later on. The stylist sees and works on a zillion heads and may not remember exactly how it was done the first time.

"I highly recommend Styles Salon as they are phenomenal at cuts and color and my hair looked fabulous after they did both cut and color!  For brides, bridal party or if you just need a styling or a color, visit Styles Salon for a great  look!"
